Chicago Water Connection, Inc. was established in 2004. It started as a plumbing company which mainly focused on interior plumbing installations on new construction and some remodeling projects. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include water and sewer installations and repairs. With the expansion of the services, our inventory of equipment has significantly increased.

In the past few years, CWC has concentrated on sewer maintenance, service and replacement. Our inventory of modern equipment includes excavators, directional boring machines, sewer cameras, locating equipment, high pressure water jetters, loaders and dump trucks. All this equipment is necessary to provide our customers with fast, reliable, professional and affordable service. We pride ourselves on having safe and clean jobsites. Our crews protect themselves as well as customer’s property from unnecessary damage during our service work. Our honesty and professional workmanship put our customers at ease during the stressful time of dealing with plumbing emergencies. With almost twenty years of experience, we have encountered and resolved almost every possible plumbing emergency one can imagine. Our customers feel a sense of relief when they see our crews handle their emergencies with confidence, proper equipment and professional attitude.

The success and growth of CWC is the result of hard work by its two principles. They both are collage graduates with degrees in civil engineering and architecture. They are both licensed plumbers. Years of education and field experience in all aspects of the plumbing industry allow this company to constantly improve its quality of work and grow as an excellent place of employment.
