I have used the services of CWC on two separate occasions. One for some exterior plumbing work and one for some interior plumbing work. Tom was timely and did really great work for a fair price. If I need any plumbing work in the future I will definitely be calling them again!
Chicago Water Connection was fantastic. They came in at half the price of a competing quote and did a great job. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and cited to the IL Admin. Code with what was required. He also kept in touch during the project and answered all my questions.

Great company, they were very responsive and provided great quality service. We needed to replace our water heater and clean the main sewer line. The owner, Tom took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave us a very competitive quote. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of their work and responsiveness. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
I think the best way to sum up my experience is by simply saying that they are the best plumbers in town. The amount of stress that was taken away from us as we watched these professionals work was immeasurable. I'm going to have a heart attack if I hear another pipe break. But thank goodness, now I have CWC that I know can always help me 😉
Our office building had an issue with water running from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom. Chicago Water Connection quickly responded, astutely diagnosed and fixed our issue at a reasonable price. It can be hard to find the right plumbers at the right price when an emergency happens, but we were very pleased with the team at Chicago Water Connection.

I am also a licensed realtor who recommended his services for multiple clients. He has done simple things like water heater and sump pump replacements to installing new plumbing for a whole house. He specializes in new outdoor water service , sewer installation and repairs. Hands down Tom from Chicago Water Connections is the best in the business.
After thorough research and asking around, we found Chicago Water Connection and couldn't be happier we hired them. Absolutely reliable, very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. We built an addition to our house and needed an upgrade to our water system to enhance water pressure. At our initial meeting, Tom gave us with an accurate quote, which ended up being our actual cost and provided us with helpful advise. The company completed the project in a timely matter. Except for a super slim, barely visible mark in the pavement, one couldn't say there was any work done. Very highly recommend!
Chicago Water Connection personnel responded quickly to my call and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Tom arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my sewage pipe. The problem was near the city's main connection, and the distance exceeded any heavy-duty drain rodding machines. Tom not only had the appropriate equipment but to prevent future clogging, he cleaned the inside pipe with the 6"-8" blade and verified all with the camera at the end. Tom was quick and professional. Definitely, I recommend Chicago Water Connection for any piping or plumbing issues.
I have known these guys for years. I ask CWC for help when the situation is difficult. For example, 12’ deep sewer connection in freezing weather. Leak showing in a ceiling in a two million dollar house. Move tub to the other side of bathroom for new layout. Install 10,000$ toilet. Yes, problems have happened, but these guys always answer the phone, they don’t run away from issues. Five stars.

My sewer was clogged, water everywhere in the laundry, no use of toilets. Tom and crew were at my house in a couple of hours. They cleaned the pipes and made honest recommendations for maintenance. They did not try to upcharge for additional services that were not needed. Final price was honest. I will definitely use them, again.
